The ideal candidate will be a natural at multi-tasking, organizational development and genuinely have a passion for meeting the needs of team members on a daily basis.
The responsibilities are :
Daily responsibilities include oversight and direction of all Talent Management
Assists regional operations management with recruiting, interviewing, testing, and recommending employees to fill vacant positions with a continual view towards upgrading talent
Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation
Must have 5 - 10 years experience in Human Resources with at least 3 - 5 at a Senior Level.
Must be flexible to relocate in the long term if required
Must have extensive experience on staff development and training, balance scorecard, etc.
Regional experience would be of huge benefit
Happy to travel across the region.
Knowledge of IT from a technological point of view would be highly beneficial.
