A leading multinational corporate in the Agriculture and Manufacturing industry is seeking to employ a technically fit Technical Baker for its region. The successful candidate must come from a manufacturing (Milling or Baking) environment where they have dealt with large stock volume on a daily basi


Mainly responsible for adding value to the Companies Customers by bakery training, fault finding and problem solving within bakeries.


Key Skills
Promotion of Bakers Dream (Cake and Bread Flour)
Problem solving at bakeries - the aim to ensure that they do not reoccur and the continued use of our product
Information on bakery problems must always be followed up
Trends in baking faults must be identified as soon as possible and investigated
Ensure that customers are supported appropriately
To contribute towards to total efficiencies by assisting with product development and premix formulations
The incumbent will be responsible for the Market Development & Sales of Bakery products

Qualifications
Qualified Chef (NQF4) and/ or an advanced certificate in Baking
