Responsibilities and Duties Include but are not Subject to:
Follow up sales, delivery, distribution and collections of Day Old Chicks (DOC).
Monitor market price of Day Old Chicks (DOC) on regular basis and update the same to the management.
Tracking Sales Orders to ensure that they are scheduled and delivered on time.
Ensure Collection against each and every sale as per company policy.
Coordinate with Regional Heads (S&M), Hatchery Management & Finance departments for information about production stock, delivery, dues & collection.
Ensure and monitoring of smooth delivery of Day Old Chicks (DOC) within the lead time to all dealers.
Ensure proper & equal Distribution of the product to Regional areas as per plan by the management.
Maintain and update dealer database on regular basis.
Generate sales reports like hatch-wise/weekly/monthly production vs. sales vs. collection reports. Also, any other reports required by the management.
Smooth coordination among the sales team, Head office management, Factory management and dealers.
Properly handle Distribution Channel.
Credit management and credit control.
