Our Client, a multi national manufacturing/production company is looking for a Country Security Manager to join their team

Responsibilities and Duties Include but are not subject to:

Coordinates the cascading of the Lafarge Group Security Policy, the guidelines and information to all sites.
Supervises the guidelines implementation, updates plans and procedures and liaises with the site Managers.
Draws up the security master plan for the activities within the country.
Control the level of the site physical protection.
Leads security audits in accordance with the Business Unit General Manager guidelines or upon request of the site managers.
Develops an information network with the local Police and Security authorities and liaises with those authorities in the event of a major incident.
Is involved in the security of business travels linked to the Protection Staff Manager.
Supports the site Managers in case of crisis management.
Assists the site Managers on how to manage the private Security companies.
Is in close contact with the Group Security Department and seeks for advice whenever necessary.

Previous experience working in similar role on large projects.

Proven ability to lead large groups in challenging circumstances.

Strong interpersonal skills.
Capacity of analysis and synthesis of intelligence at the country level.
Excellent incident management skills.
Proven ability to manage security projects including physical & technical system implementation.
Proven ability to supervise training.
Good written and verbal briefing skills and ability to write basic and technical reports and be able to present to management.
IT literate (including a good working knowledge of MS Office applications).
