The Production Supervisor will be responsible for:

As a Trainee, you will be assigned to assist in leading the overall activities of the selected Dairy plant to ensure quality products and services are provided to our customers. Responsibilities include learning all plant processes including maintenance, regulatory compliance including quality and safety programs, human resources activities, and managerial and administrative functions. Upon completion of the training program, you will be relocated to another Dairy plant. Willingness to relocate after the training program is a requirement.

To ensure a seamless co-ordination with asset care and utilities team to ensure smooth operation of powder plant.

To constantly monitor the process and packaging area to ensure that continuous improvement on KPI’s and the way the company does things.

To provide product training / operating procedures training to supervisors & staff. Document should be maintained.

INTERPERSONNEL SKILLS & PROBLEM SOLVING APPROACH
A strong interpersonal skills are required in order to coordinate with other departments, senior managements etc.
A Business Unit manager must be able to assess the situation and act accordingly. In case of breakdown or any technical problem, coordinate with maintenance department to solve the issue as soon as possible so as to retain the production
Constantly analyze the downtime and ensure proper co-ordination with asset care department.

To send daily production report to Head of Manufacturing.
To be able to send reports whenever required by senior Management.
To keep record of all the important documents.

The role of this job is to develop and maintain the blends in the cigarette portfolio
Mixing various grades and kinds of tobaccos in accordance with formula to form blends of distinctive flavor
Formulate cutting instructions to Procurement for cut rag purchases
Adhere to product cost targets when formulating blends
Meeting the delivery targets and assuring product consistency for all our cigarettes
Ensure that cut rag returns conform to our yield requirements

Ensure Food Safety and sanitation standards are maintained consistently in all internal and external Butcheries
Track and record instances of concern and resolution
Manage all aspects of new butchery opening including staffing, training, product & supply store set-up, merchandising according to outlined schematics.
Ensure labour budgets are met and in-line with store volume for pre-open as well as post-opening.
