This role is responsible with some oversight of Execution Team Lead for all sale and/or purchase contract execution activities for one or multiple Moderately Complex/medium scale flows and/or one or multiple product lines.
This role will execute activities in the area of shipment data and documentation management, Shipment execution, Customer interaction/Business partnership as well as process improvement, performance management, analysis and coaching/training applying full/thorough knowledge of execution practices and procedures
Responsible to maintain timely and accurate transactional execution data within the data management system as well as all supporting documentation, using basic understanding of trade execution practices and procedures
Monitors the logistics process of at point of origin, tracking movement of commodity during voyage and unloading at discharge point
With some oversight, interact with customers, suppliers, service providers for activities related to loading, unloading, settlement of commodity contracts
Collaborate with Customer Service team to investigate and resolve execution related customers/suppliers complaints
Local and international contract terms knowledge
Good computer skills: MS Office, SharePoint, SAP

Supply chain planning operations, process development, planning & execution, customer & client interaction / business partnership, systems/data management, reporting & analysis, and in minor extent may include people, talent & budget management
Monitor execution of the short term plan (scheduling)
Detailed review of costs and impacts due to decisions taken in the network – looking at an cost optimization point of view for an entire network of products
Managing stock optimization for multiple products, ensure throughput, utilization rate are optimized and in control. Regular review of the KPI’s to proactively propose ideas to better utilize the storage capacities
Participates in cross-functional teams to execute, evaluate and recommend common work processes, and improvement projects.
Being a sound board for, and input provider to commercial, customer service, execution, operations and finance colleagues
With minimal oversight, conducts ad hoc analysis and reports. For example: budgeting, plan vs. actual, etc .

The role will take responsibility for strategic procurement which will include both local and regional purchasing. The role will cover everything from understanding initial stakeholder engagement and understanding requirements to tendering / quotations, to reviewing supplier proposals and awarding contracts. As well as then continuing with KPIs and SLAs to ensure quality of service.
