The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large supermarket chains such as PNP, Spar and Shoprite
They must have experience dealing with high profile clients and difficult people, making tough sales, working and managing a team of merchandisers and be able to be the companies brand ambassador
The role will involve managing a range of new and exsiting FMCG based products manufactured by the client.
Securing annual promotional schedules with the clients and key product location within the supermarkets
We are looking for a friendly, calm and patient person that is a team player and not easily frustrated with difficult tasks or people
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing a team of outsourced merchandisers with the plan to move this department in house at a later date
There will be extensive travelling across Zambia required for this role

The role will take responsibility for all day to day activities of the branch, liaising with clients, sales and growing the business.

Diaries and ensures follow up actions are taken.
