Primary Functions
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and sales dashboards

A Masters Degree in social work, sociology, psychology, development studies and other social science degrees<br> Eight years of experience implementing OVC programs in a development context, with five of these years in Sub-Saharan Africa, preferably Zimbabwe. During this period, she/he will have been involved with social services systems strengthening and social services project design, implementation, reporting and evaluation.<br> Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with donors, government officials, local organizations, communities and other stakeholders <br>

Demonstrated experience at mid- or senior level working in at least three of the following areas: child protection, household economic strengthening, social protection, education, health and nutrition including HIV/AIDS care and support; quality improvement; social services workforce; and operations research, in line with state-of-the-art practices.
Proven capacity to work in a multidisciplinary team to implement projects and activities.
Professional level of oral and written fluency in English
Strong cross-cultural skills and experience working with people from different ethnic/cultural backgrounds
