Primary Functions
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and sales dashboards
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.

A Masters Degree in social work, sociology, psychology, development studies and other social science degrees<br> Eight years of experience implementing OVC programs in a development context, with five of these years in Sub-Saharan Africa, preferably Zimbabwe. Key Skills
Demonstrated experience at mid- or senior level working in at least three of the following areas: child protection, household economic strengthening, social protection, education, health and nutrition including HIV/AIDS care and support; quality improvement; social services workforce; and operations research, in line with state-of-the-art practices.
Proven capacity to work in a multidisciplinary team to implement projects and activities.
Professional level of oral and written fluency in English
Strong cross-cultural skills and experience working with people from different ethnic/cultural backgrounds
Ability to transfer knowledge and skills formally and informally to diverse audiences; desired.
