Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not subject to:
To provide current, relevant human resources support to the Site Facility functional leads and staff
Manage Engagement survey, results and activities, Team building initiatives and Employee Forums across the organization and Internal Communication plans.
Monitor, review and evaluate the success of engagement initiatives and recommend additional initiatives to build engagement
Ensure continuous employee communication on companies performance and Performance Management guides and principles and support the setting of performance objectives and ensure that these are in harmony with the business planning commitments for the planning period.
Manage the employee life cycle with emphasis on Talent Management activities such as recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, learning & development, on-boarding and separations.
Act as an interface with companies staff concerning their wages and benefits by following up the implementation of staff life cycle activities, including all exits, as relates to wages and benefits.
Ensure that remuneration, bonus payouts and other incentives are clearly inked to individual/team performance and recommend salaries for newly appointed or promoted individuals in line with the compensation structures
To advise and counsel employees on industrial relations, engagement,compensation and benefits
To advise on organisational design processes as well as lead change initiatives at the Site Facility.
